Most Air Force Bases have an on base thrift shop, known as an Airmen's Attic. You can find donated serviceable uniforms, accessories, boots, and more, often times at no cost. Sites like eBay and Military Surplus stores often have old uniform items for sale at a discount as well. Starting here could save you hundreds of dollars on your OCPs, and Service Dress uniforms!
If you're prior service you should already have access to AAFES Military Clothing Sales, and www.shopmyexchange.com where you'll likely purchase most of your uniforms. If you're non-prior, your recruiter can sponsor you allowing you to access on base clothing sales at AAFES. Most if not all uniform items can be purchased once you arrive at Maxwell AFB.
Many uniform accessories, as well as all non-uniform items can be purchased at retail stores, or online to save time and money. All the recommended items listed on OTSPacking.com have been used by prior OTS students. Amazon links have been provided for convenience sake.
